created a fun and vibrant bathroom choosing a green colour scheme. Green is a calming, centering color — the color of rejuvenation — so it's a great choice for bathrooms. Often overlooked, green is a somewhat unexpected, but often stunning shade for nearly any bathroom.
We chatted with the talented Elle and Alanah from Twostyleinteriors
about their recently completed project in Shoreham.
We love this space and so does instagram. Can you tell us about the mood you were trying to achieve with this space?
Our gorgeous Shoreham Project allowed us to bring our favourite natural elements from the country-scape inside. Highlighting ambient & natural tones amid the home was top of mind. With pops of rustic coppers and greens to elevate the otherwise simplistic spaces, green was our hero colour and we were seriously inspired by Nood Co’s Mint Prism Circle Basin which gave us just the right amount of colour without overpowering our overall design.
Tell us about the colours, patterns and material choices for this space and how they work together?
We wanted to focus on a simplistic yet playful aesthetic - elevating the idea of colour blocking but delivering it in a refined and tasteful way. We really wanted to hone in on the idea of bringing the outdoors in and the combination of soft whites, natural oak finishes, soft green tiles and mint green basins allowed us to deliver upon this. By adding soft touches of brushed brass we were able to add that enhanced elegance without detracting from an otherwise tonal space.
Tell us about your Nood selection? Why did you select that design and colour?
Nood allowed us to be bold in our colour choice but paired back in our design. We had the ability to think outside the box & Nood’s range gave us that level of sophistication that many Interior Designers look for. Delivering upon our clients needs is one thing, but having the right products with quality top of mind is another. Nood continues to win us over with their products. We can’t wait to continue our relationship with them!
